Video coverage of your wedding day will include:
- Bride's preparations
- Groom's preparations
- Ceremony
- Photoshoot
- Entire reception
We can also include a short pre-shoot video to introduce your video.
We use two cameras during the ceremony and speeches. A lapel microphone is placed on the groom for the ceremony.
Video licence
Many churches require videographers to have a video licence for copyright reasons. We provide the minister with our video licence at the rehersal. The licence is issued by AMCOS/ARIA and accommodates any music on your video.
and VHS video tapes with personalised covers
The digitally edited production is preserved on DVD and VHS video tape. You will receive a gift bag containing your choice of:
- Four DVDs, or
- Three DVDs and one VHS tape.
Home visits and designing your Video
At Dibiz we aim to provide top level, personalised service from start to finish. We like to meet with you at least twice before the big day.
An initial in-depth interview is conducted with you in the comfort of your own home to discuss your preferences. We recognise that each couple is unique and has great ideas on how they wish their video to look and sound. Together, we design the perfect wedding video exclusively for you. We will bring samples of our work to your home - actual weddings, not a fancy demo that may not be a true indication of regular productions.
The second time we meet is closer to the wedding day, generally at your rehearsal, when we finalise and confirm any issues about your big day. By doing this, we feel that it helps us to get to know you better, and for you to get to know us.
DVDs and tapes are presented in custom designed covers, unique to each couple. DVDs feature a custom designed menu, and tapes have an index on the back so you can find your favourite section on the video with ease.
Your video consists of titling, scanned childhood photos or other types of photos, music of your choice, verses, and special effects to make viewing interesting and enjoyable. The video concludes with a 3 to 4 minute ‘Video Highlights’ of your day.
The length of your video will vary depending on the length of the ceremony and speeches, normally about 60 to 90 minutes. Quality, not quantity.
